1. Our services

Drip Clean Tech provides ultraviolet-C (UV-C) sanitation services for residential and commercial spaces, including treatment of high-touch surfaces and HVAC systems. Our services are performed by trained technicians using stationary and autonomous UV-C equipment in unoccupied spaces.

2. Quotes and pricing

All of our services are quote-based. Quotes are based on the information you provide about your property and needs, and may be adjusted after an on-site walkthrough or if actual conditions differ from what was described. A quote is not a final contract until confirmed in writing by both parties. Pricing, availability, and service details may change at any time before a quote is accepted.

3. Add-on service; not a replacement for cleaning

Our UV-C sanitation is an additional service designed to complement your existing cleaning routine. It is not a substitute for standard cleaning, janitorial services, or professional mold remediation. UV-C treatment is most effective on surfaces that have already been physically cleaned. You remain responsible for your own cleaning, custodial, and remediation practices.

4. Service disclaimer

UV-C sanitation is intended to reduce the presence of certain germs, bacteria, viruses, and mold on treated surfaces and within treated air-handling systems. However:

• Our services are not a medical treatment, medical device, or health service, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness.
• We do not guarantee the elimination of all germs, bacteria, viruses, mold, or other contaminants, or that any person will not become ill.
• Results can vary based on conditions in the space, surface types, air-system design, and factors outside our control.
• Our certified badge of sanitation indicates that a UV-C treatment was performed; it is not a certification of a germ-free, sterile, or hazard-free environment.

You should not rely on our services as a substitute for guidance from public health authorities or medical professionals.

5. Your responsibilities

To allow us to perform our services safely and effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and needs
• Provide safe and timely access to the areas to be treated
• Ensure spaces are unoccupied during treatment as instructed, including people and pets
• Follow any reasonable safety instructions we provide before, during, and after treatment
• Inform us of any conditions, materials, or sensitivities that may affect the service

If you are a tenant or renter, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from your landlord or property owner, particularly for work involving HVAC systems.

6. Scheduling, access, and cancellations

We will work with you to schedule service at a mutually agreed time. If we cannot access the space at the scheduled time, or if the space is not ready, we may need to reschedule and additional charges may apply. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be described in your quote or service agreement.

7. Use of our website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Drip Clean Tech name, logo, text, graphics, and design, is the property of Drip Clean Tech LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drip Clean Tech LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from illness, contamination, or property conditions, arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
